Kendall is the founder of Off the Bay Wealth. She spends her time helping clients navigate change, improve financial clarity, determine drivers of business value, identify goals, and work through tough business and personal financial decisions. Kendall’s career began more than nine years ago as an auditor in public accounting. Her journey then led her to the accounting team of a Fortune 100 company, where she held a management role and gained firsthand experience supporting the organization through a large public company merger. She later moved into a financial reporting management role at a smaller privately held company, where she experienced a private equity transaction firsthand. This gave her a valuable perspective on how privately held businesses are evaluated, bought, and sold and how strong financial reporting can influence the process.
Today, she is passionate about helping main street and small business owners navigate these same problems on a slightly smaller scale. As a business owner herself, she understands the complexity, responsibility, and hard work required to keep everything in a business moving forward. She is a strong advocate for using personal financial planning as a tool to help owners accomplish life goals and build a life they are proud of. She is originally from Littleton, Colorado but now lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband and dog.
